What is the difference between the RightAnswers Self-Service Portal and Knowledge-Paks?


USF students, faculty and staff should use the Self-Service Portal. It offers a customized front page and subset of RightAnswers solutions for each user group (such as the USF users group). Log in at https://ivy.usfca.edu:8443/ss_usfo/login_raremedy.jsp?lang=en using your USFconnect ID and password.

Help Desk support analysts should use the Knowledge-Paks. They contain all RightAnswers solutions (except those submitted by other user groups and not licensed by RightAnswers to be shared), including solutions intended for internal use by USF's Help Desk. Log in at http://www.knowledgepak.com/kpaksonline/kpol.asp using USF’s RightAnswers log-in and password.
