In these classrooms, the Mac and PC share a keyboard and mouse via a Black Box switcher. When the box is "pointed" at the PC, the keyboard/mouse will not work on the Mac and vice versa. Users should press and hold CTRL-ALT-TAB for a full second and then wait 4-5 seconds.
