Installing and setting up Meeting Maker 8.5This is a featured page


Windows XP

1. Click Start.
2. Select “Run …”.
3. Type in “\\matrix\PublicPC\Meeting Maker V80”.
4. Hit Okay. A new window should open.
5. Click on the “Meeting Maker Calendar” folder.
6. Double-click on the “Setup.exe” file.
7. Follow the directions.

To configure Meeting Maker:

Under Server, make sure “ITS MM Server” is displayed. If it is not:

1. Click on the “Select …” button.
2. Under Protocol, select TCP.
3. Under Select Zone, select “Network Wide”.
4. Click on “Configure …”.
5. Type in “itsmm.usfca.edu”.
6. Click OK.
7. Under select Server, click on “ITS MM Server”.
8. Click Select.

Mac

1. Minimize any windows.
2. Click on “GO”.
3. Select “Connect to server”.
4. Type in “matrix” and click on Connect.
5. Enter your USFconnect username and password.
6. Choose “Public Mac” when the pop-up window appears.
7. A new window should appear. Click on the “Meeting Maker_8.5” folder.
8. Double-click on “850_osx_client_en.dmg”.
9. A new window should pop up. Click on the “Installer” icon.
10. Follow the instructions.

Under Server, make sure “ITS MM Server” is displayed. If it is not, follow the configuration instructions for Windows PCs.
