Hardware
For external devices, the Help Desk will create a request and assign it to a Computer Support lead.

Software
For university-licensed software, the Help Desk will create a request and assign it to a Computer Support lead after the user has submitted a Software Installation Request form.

Printers
For new department or faculty/staff printers, the Help Desk will create a request and assign it to Thor Peterson. TK - this appears to be outdated (cannot find a Thor Peterson in the staff directory).
