How do I use USFfiles? This is a featured page

Access USFfiles anywhere you have an Internet connection by clicking on the USFfiles tab on USFconnect.

You can also access USFfiles directly by browsing to http://usffiles.usfca.edu.

Keep your private information private
There are three types of default folders in USFfiles, public, private and web. Files that you do not intend to share should be uploaded to your private folder. Faculty should be very careful not to upload confidential student information to public or www folders.

Private folder - can be read only by you unless you change the file permissions.
Public folder - can be read by anyone with a USFfiles account (except alumni).
www folder - can be read by anyone.

You can find answers to questions about USFfiles by browsing to http://www.usfca.edu/its/faqs/usfconnect/usffiles.html
