Comparing four options:

USFconnect My Courses
Does not require e-mail client software.

1. Log in to USFconnect and click on the Faculty tab.
2. Click on "Click here to:" under "My Courses".
3. Click on the course.
4. Click on "Email" under "Course Tools".
5. Check "Select All".
6. Click on "Send Email" to open a compose window.
7. Enter your message.
8. Check the box to save a copy in USFconnect.

USFconnect Faculty Self Service
Requires e-mail client software but may not work with Microsoft Outlook.

1. Log in to USFconnect and click on the Faculty tab.
2. Click on "Click here to:" under "Faculty Self Service".
3. Click on "Class List" under Faculty.
4. Click on "Select Term" and choose the term.
5. Choose the course.
6. Click "Send email to class".

USFconnect Faculty Resources Visual Class List
Requires e-mail client software.

1. Log in to USFconnect and click on the Faculty tab.
2. Click on "Visual Class List" under "Faculty Resources".
3. Select the semester and enter the course number.

Blackboard
Students must first be enrolled in your course in Blackboard.

1. Log in to USFconnect and click on the Blackboard tab.
2. Click Send Email
3. Select course you want to send to
4. Select All Users
5. Compose message
6. Click Submit
