1. Empty your trash folder

If you are using an email client, such as Outlook or Eudora, emptying trash will only delete messages downloaded to your PC e-mail client and not messages deleted on USFconnect.

To delete messages in the trash folder on USFconnect:

Open your trash folder and choose "Select All" and Delete. You can delete one page of messages at a time.

Alternatively, under Options, Settings, choose "Move deleted messages to trash" and check "Empty folder on logout." Be sure to log-out, not simply close the browser. This will delete all messages in the trash folder.
