Configuring Entourage to access the Help Desk email accountThis is a featured page


1. Open Entourage.
2. Open Account Settings in the Entourage menu.
3. Click on “Configure account manually”.
4. Name > your name to be displayed in your emails.
5. Email address > “service-request@exchange.usfca.edu”.
6. Account ID > your account.
7. Domain > “Accounts”.
8. Password > your password.
9. Exchange server > exchange.usfca.edu.
10. Click on the Advanced tab.
11. LDAP server > ds.usfca.edu.
12. Check the box labeled “This server requires me to log on”.
13. Click OK.
