Burning a security CDThis is a featured page


1. Go to the Server Staging Environment on the right side behind Dale Pablo’s desk. Use the workspace next to the duplicator.
2. Hit #4 on KVM switch.
3. Log on:

Username: burner
Password: burnit

4. Unplug and plug in burner before burning. The power cable is connected on the back left of the duplicator.
5. Prassi Primo should open automatically.
6. Hit the Open/Close buttons and match it to the left or right drives. Host 1 is the desktop.
7. Go to File, New Job, Global Image or you hit Ctrl+I.
8. Double-click on both duplicators on the list on the left. A red arrow should appear next to them after they are selected.
9. Blank CDs go on the right rack on top of the duplicator.
10. Fan the discs on the spindle to keep them from sticking.
11. Set the number of copies.
12. Set the speed to max.
13. Record and verify – verify every 10 discs.
14. Disk image: Global Images\Security CD 2006\\ITS_Security_CD_2006.gi

If two discs are in the drive, hit pause, take out the bad discs (bottom) and unpause the machine.

If the arm tries to remove a non-existent disc, hit sequence.

If all else fails, power cycle everything.
